when you try to hit the play now button something will pop up saying you have exceeded the amount of times you are allowed to try.

I have emailed them twice and called them. Here's hoping they finally show up.

So I won a Huggies wipes FPC but the problem is, it's good for wipes count 128-183, which I can't find anywhere!!

Where can I redeem this FPC?

I did ask the CSM at Walmart once if she'd let me take a 184 count pack and was told no.
