I received an email advising me that the codes were removed and that they were offering a 25 point code in exchange. I was so close to redeeming for something so this is really such a shame :(

i ordered the mag subscription. wouldnt it be awesome if it still came? :)
Apparently they have been taking a lot of points back that weren't even from the "fraudulent" codes...totally bogus!!! It is THEIR PR nightmare - not our faults these codes got out... this is going to be terrible for their company. I for one won't be using Huggies diapers anymore unless they are given to me! Pampers frequently releases free codes but Huggies NEVER does!!
damn it, there goes my inchworm for my baby, I was so happy for the last 2 days, now I m sad. Never had this happen for Pampers ever! whats wrong with you HUGGIES! shouldn't scam people like this
I was pretty dissapointed that all my points dissapeared :(
I think i know why it only takes only 350 pts to get a toilet seat compare to pampers requires 1000pts, cus no one gets huggies, they scam people too much. If the code were not meant to be share, they need to program their system so it will reject them. Pampers had one time use codes too, and free for sharing codes, and they never had any problem like this whatsoever. Huggies, please go and hire a better IT guy or a programmer!!!
This is the e-mail that was sent saying they were cancelling all of the orders tied to the 34pt codes:
Thanks for your participation in our Huggies® Enjoy the Ride Rewards program.1-877-648-2484

this fiasco makes me glad I don't buy huggies. I trade and have family members that give me the codes. So glad all my own money is spent on pampers diapers.
It was ver disappointing!
All my 34 point codes are gone :( got an email from Huggies

Hope everyone got this email and their 25 point code
They gave out the 25 point codes but has anyone else noticed the musical inch worm went 400 something pts now to 500 I dont remember the exact number it was before but I noticed after this happened it went up
They took the points for the 34 point codes AND all my other points. So not happy. I wrote an email to the company but I highly doubt they'll pay any attention to it. What I really didn't like was the implications that if we put these codes in we either knew they were fake or just stupid enough to believe they were real. Excuse me for thinking the best of a company. It never once crossed my mind that they were fake.
Sure, now I think okay, it was too good to be true, but at the time I was so excited to be receiving a free pack of diapers when I needed them the most that I didn't bother to question our good fortune. It sucks too because I really prefer Huggies, but there is no way I am supporting a company that treats its loyal customers like this. The people affected have spent thousands of dollars on their products and they can't give us some free points?
I feel silly now, I was just excited that Huggies was giving away so many free codes . . . It seems fair to me that they took back the points, especially if the codes were not authorized by them. Not cool if they are taking away points that were there previously but I am sure they will eventually sort through all of the many, many e-mails and adjust balances.
