just when I started actually buying huggies they have lost my business for all kimberly clarke products. Just got a call back from a customer care rep I talked to yesterday (the call was LD so now I will have a added expense on my cell phone bill) and they said they are sorry I didn't receive the first one and it was sent out on the 2nd. That they one I called about having a replacement for the request was sent to the agency that fulfills the wins has no sears gc and has them on backorder. So When i got this email saying they would not send anything else my way they actually didn't send me a new one and told me they did. She then told me they have no idea when they will get more but I am on the list and I will get one. What a joke so much for using this on Christmas. I am owed another one and have been waiting on a response which doesn't mean anything now because they have none to send and will just lie and say they sent it anyways. So mad. I guess this win is a wash and good luck to others receiving their items because if you don't get it the first time around don't hold your breath.

Received my Classic Characters of Little Golden Books boxset today and am quite happy with it (first time redeeming from ETR). Took a month to get here, ordered it mid September, but happy with it :)

When does the reward program ends?

I find the website difficult to navigate and log into. I wish there was something I could redeem my points on so I could be done. Pampers seems so much better right now.

I find it hard to navigate too, and the whole process just seems to take forever when I enter a bunch of codes at once. I'm glad I redeemed almost all of my points, the rewards catalog seems really small now. You could use all your points on instant wins, but depending on how many you have I understand you'd probably want something guaranteed and tangible

Ack! Their rewards catalogue is disgusting. 5 rewards...3 magazine subscriptions, one weird backpack and save $20 WUS $40 on some website. What the heck? The instant win is no better. I hope they aren't doing this because they are ramping down the program to cancel it!

I haven't won on instant win in a long time. I don't play it unless it's the middle of the night though! LOL

I have 18+ ETR codes for trade; mixed bundle from wipes tubs, wipe refills and pull-ups. As I've collected these for a while, I have no idea now which ones are from the pull-ups vs refills.
