So I gave away about 10 boxes so far and have used almost 30 in my own place. I still have some left that I am going to hang onto for when mine eventually die out a few years from now. Who knows when there will be another deal this great!

    Walmart:
    10x 2ct. Lightbulbs @ $3.96 each = $39.60 - 10/$4.00 coupons = +.40 (saved = $40.00)
    2x Rice Krispies Squares @ $1.97 each = $3.94 - 2/$2.00 coupons = +.06 (saved = $6.00)
    1x Natrel 2L Milk @ $4.37 - 2/$2.00 coupons (coupon allows stacking) = .37 (saved = $4.00)
    Tax @ $2.30

    Total Paid = $2.02 (doesn't add up, but that's what I paid)
    Total Saved = $50.00

    Zellers:
    3x Goodnights Boxers @ $1.99 each = $5.97 - 3/$3.00 coupons = +$3.03 (saved = $9.00)
    1x Arm & Hammer Toothpaste @ .97 - 2/$1.00 coupons (not sure why she rung in 2) = +$1.03 (saved = $2.00)
    1x Garnier Hairspray @ $1.79 - $2.00 coupon = +.21 (saved = $2.00)
    4x Skintimate Shave Gel @ $1.79 each = $7.16 - 4/$2.00 coupons = +.84 (saved = $8.00)
    1x Fleece Throw @ $5.19 (saved = $1.30)
    Tax @ $2.04 - 10% discount of $2.12 = +.08

    Total Paid = $0
    Total Saved = $24.42

    GRAND TOTAL PAID = $2.02
    GRAND TOTAL SAVED = $74.42

awesome deals, i tried to use the $3 for the goodnights at zellers and they wouldn't let me, said i had to use on the pkg that said ages 3.-12/ WHAT? i told her that was the sixes available s,m,l and they don't come all together, but she wouldn't do it so i didnot feel like arguing so i left them there. I will try again with a different cashier.

You and your light bulbs! LOL I'll tell you a little story, I moved into a condo and put that style light bulbs in. This year I bought a house and and moved those exact light bulbs with me. That was over 5 years ago. Still burning, and I have about 15 more in storage. That's why I won't buy any more light bulbs!

my dad told me the lightbulbs last 5-7 years and since i now live in a house that has a lot of light fixtures, i know i won't have a problem using these up! LOL and if i do, i can always give them away. actually, i think my mom said she needed some, i'll have to pick up some more just for her. :D

and nicjosemm - yes just go back and pick a different cashier. when something ends up being free or ALMOST free, cashiers seem to be skeptical. but, just because we are smart shoppers and they are not, doesn't mean we should be scrutinized!
