Sorry for all the dead air follks.

I have been extremely busy with work, et al.

Some of my biggest and bestest stories are still to come.

I promise to write a new one down soon. I'll write a little about my humble beginnings as a crusader for better customer service... and the one where a little e-mail to Kensington Technologies about their web cams was answered by none other than the company president, Bill Murray, not the comedian.
