Received my 1000 diary points finally!
i also received my Aug. 1000 points and got my $10 paypal, but i didn't get the invitation for November, i canceled my account. i planned to cancel it after November diary since i have 160 something points left. now there is no any incentive for me to stay....

I would like to know how much time/how many surveys you have to do before you actually get a 'reward' from it? I have belonged to survey sites before, but the prizes sucked and even after years and years of surveys I only got a crappy $10 card, which I couldn't use beacuse it was amazon.com..
anyway... very curious as manzervite got a TON of awesome stuff last year!
any insight would be helpful and appreciated ;)
Hi. I'm member of this site from last few months. In 3 months i'm able to redeem $10 GC. u dont get surveys everyday but i wud say weekly. also this site is now known as Mysurvey. Also, once by doing a survey from them i was offered to try a dressing from kraft. I got 1 full size bottle n after few days they did a phone survey reagrding that n again offered one more dressing to try. So i got 2 full size dressing from kraft. I think its quite good.

Have never received a product from them but complete surveys on a regular basis...they are good.
Argh!! I don't do surveys for TNS/Mysurvey.ca all that often, but today I got an invite and spend about 40 minutes on a really loooong survey about beverages (Coke and Minute Maid mostly). I did the entire survey, watched the commercials, got to the very end when it was confirming my demographic information, I entered all the demographic stuff and then when I hit next to submit the survey it took me to an error page! Refreshing my browser didn't do anything and when I went back to my homepage, of course I hadn't been credited and when I try to access the survey again it just says that it my survey was interrupted and can't be accessed a second time.
Very frustrating experience because this was a particularly long survey that I spent a lot of time on.. I emailed them in the hope of getting my 300 points but I don't have high hopes that they will do anything because this also happened to me one time previously and I was just told that my answers hadn't been recorded so there was nothing they could do. I have a reliable internet connection and don't have problems with any other survey sites so i doubt that the error was on my end, but we'll see what they say....

If you have the time definitely email them (you can use the "contact us" tab on their site and make sure to include the survey number). Maybe if enough people let them know that there was a problem getting the survey to credit then they can look into giving us the points we deserve for our time!
I did email them right after, if i dont hear anything soon, i will email them again and state that other people have had the same issue.
Hi Lisa, just wondering if you head anything back from them? I sent my email Monday and haven't heard from them yet but they have sent me a new survey invite.. I don't feel like completing any more surveys for them because I am worried the same thing will happen but I am wondering if they will even respond to our email or just ignore us.
