Still waiting on 500 points to be credited to my account - it's been 10 days now.
Did the follow-up phone call for the 2nd product I received a week ago!

I did 6 surveys in March and so far, I've only gotten points for 1 of them. I just joined in February based on the good comments I've found on SC here, so I hope the hype is true. I did the one for the 500 points too and it took quite a while, haven't gotten those points yet either.

I got a follow-up call for the 2nd product on Monday. Are we supposed to get points for the product testing and surveys over the phone?

No, they are separate. You don't get any points for product testing. The 500 points I was referring to was a survey that I did back in March that I never got credited for. You only get points for surveys that you answer online.
