They take a long time to credit points I would just keep calling

Do you have all the survey numbers etc? Send them an email with them so you can show when it was sent and if you dont get anywhere, you could always post on surveypolice or contact the BBB

Surveypolice is a website that ranks all of the survey companies on their customer service, payouts, number of surveys etc
BBB is Better Business Bureau, they deal with complaints against any business, they can do more if the company is a BBB Member but you can still file a complaint if they are not
Eeeek !!..........after all my cribbing y'day , guess what was in my inbox....2 new surveys , both worth 75 points ....even bigger surprise, I ended up completing both :excited:, now I can twiddle my thumbs and wait for the points to post and cross the 2000 point thresh hold and order SOMETHING :P

and I swear they read this forum, a few times I have whined on here about late payments / no surveys etc and then the next day tadah there they are
*ANGRY RANT*
I am livid, TNS is done for me now. I agreed to test a product for them and this is what happened. 8 am, they started calling, 3 times in a row, letting the phone ring and ring until they woke up me & my hubby. I didn't get to the phone in time. While I was at work today, they phoned an additional 19 times! WTF!!!!!! Driving my son and husband insane.
I am so livid, considering they haven't even paid me out from Nov, Dec, Jan $40 in amazon.
I have no problem with doing the survey but calling someone 22 times in ONE day is just stupid and calling 3 times in the span of 5 min at 8 am has angered me beyond words.
This is my last survey with them, they will get a piece of my mind too when I speak to them tomm.
THAT is why i don't give them my real phone #,well mostly cuz of long distance charges(not sure if there are any but still,i'd rather do it online and not have to deal with anyone).
i am at 715 and waiting for many more they are so slow. :(

I think I asked this before, but how long does it take to get an Amazon GC from them??
It's been a month since I've ordered the GC. I just want to know when I can *expect* it. I'm not telling them to hurry up. I haven't received a reply... I've sent them about 5 emails in the past week.
They say 4-6 weeks but usually 8 weeks
I ordered 4 gc mid dec, 3 amazon and 1 chapters, still waiting lol
