opinion outpost--not working?

i have been saving a few points,went to go cash them (through paypal) it says " We cannot process your claim at this time. Please be sure that when you claim your rewards, you are claiming through the panel to which you belong."

which makes no sense because i am logged into my account so of course i belong to this survey panel,cl.early. I also get e-mails through the same e-mail i use for paypal. Has anyone else had any troubles?


I even tried only claiming the minimum,100 points at a time,no luck.

yes go to opinion outpost.ca instead of .com don't ask me why it's been like that for a while now.
