    Quiche 3 ways.
    - Ham onion and cheddar
    - Ham onion and green onions, cheddar and spinach
    - spinach onion and Parmesan

It was sooo good ! DF had actually been asking for quiche for some time and I was iffy on making it since the last time I made it was about 5-6 years ago at work .. And the last time I ate it was around the same time ...

Well... It'll be back on the menu cause it was awesome !!!

Here's some pics (one quiche vanished lol and here's what's left .

P.s am I the only one that makes dinner and thinks .. Don't forget your pic for "what's for dinner" lol !?

The best part is it took me under 5 minutes to make! I keep food storage items on hand for "under the weather days" and today was it. All the veggies were veggies i dehydrated and the meat and beans were from my home canned stock. It is so yummy!

Sorry the pic got foggy from steam! and it looks more red in real time.

Last night I made veggie lasagna roll ups. They consist of ricotta cheese with fresh chives, rosemary, s&p and a few dashes of Louisiana hot sauce freshly wilted spinach, kale mushrooms and lots of garlic

    Leftovers for tonight

Last night was meatloaf and pasta with sauce.

Yesterday was a sad day at our house. A friend's dad's funeral was yesterday afternoon (he committed suicide on Friday).

We had fish sticks, mac and cheese with marinated vegetable salad and a glass of milk.
