DS is having a friend over tonight. I'm thinking Nachos and French fries. Simple and filling.
Not a clue, Mom is at work and I am meeting Dad's family at the cemetery for the burial of Oma's ashes so it will all depend on when I get home. If I get in home in time I am thinking of a nice soup, it feels like a soup day, if not it may be take out.
Dh is going to a gentlemen’s dinner...lord knows what that will entail😉 I’m going to stay home and have leftover ham and bean soup and open a bottle of wine and watch a scary movie❣️

To busy for supper tonight..got off work ..scrabble home and got some finger foods read for kids Halloween 🎃 Party tonight ..then back to fire hall and had blast with kids ..awesome night ..they sure make you feel young at heart again ..Mmmm not saying im old ..pick at few chicken nuggets, 🌮 taco ,and sandwich..ohhh yes cant forget Diet Pepsi
Good morning SC!!! its a wonderful morning...today will be a clean out the fridge day..there's leftover pasta from yesterday with ground beef, alfredo, mushroom , onion and broccoli, etc....extra cooked ground beef to make teriyaki nachos...and yesterday I cooked a cheap cut of beef in the slow cooker for Beef and Cheddar Sandwiches, using this recipe, makes for a tasty sandwich ( a little high in sodium)

Tonight I am going to make Sausage with Roasted Potatoes & Carrots and I think I will make a side Salad to go with it. Maybe it is this cold but I am already a big veggie eater but I am craving more veggies than normal right now.
I’m making Giada de Laurentis manicotti recipe for tonight. A nice bold cab sav to go with and I’m making homemade chocolate ice cream for dessert.

We took out our little deep fryer today and had Hooters style wings. A couple of round with hot and a couple of rounds of mild with honey and garlic.
Had go out town today for meetings .. so it was late lunch and early supper ..drop in to dominion and I could smell chicken finger being cooked and I decided have chicken fingers and wedgies
Had our son over for his birthday - he will be 27 tomorrow.
I had cutlets, fries, cauliflower, carrots, broccoli, and awesome garlic bread.
I tasted the soup, so good but will save for tomorrow along with the salad.
The men ate too much and even hours later didn't have room for birthday cake. However, I was smart and only ate half my meal, so a few hours later I had room for a slice of that three layer black forest cake. It was awesome, thanks to Safeway.
Son took home most of the cake, plus leftovers.
Going to be a busy day so we decided to use up our SwissChalet coupons
Turkey and all the trimmings...leftovers for the week!
We are making garlic sautéed jumbo scallops, garlic roasted chicken thighs, roasted acorn squash and a veggie salad. Making an apple pie for dessert and one extra for the freezer.

Pork loin roasted with potatoes, carrots and onion; steamed cauliflower to ho with.
Added - note that no cauliflower was had for supper. Lol on the above typo.
Husband made supper. He did quite well!
We had some leftover Roast Beef in the fridge so we opted for Sheppard's Pie with Carrots, Celery and Mushrooms.
Cereal........again.
Got busy, forgot to shop.

..it was a beautiful afternoon (no rain or wind!) so I was able to Bqq...chops, asparagus, corn & potato with butter & sour cream :-)
