NFLD wild blueberries are now in season and are in ABUNDANCE everywhere in my area!!!! I've picked a couple of gallons the past couple of days-all now in the freezer!!!! as tired as I was yesterday I made Shepherd's Pie for supper, so there is lots leftover for today... picking berries yesterday I came across a small patch of wild raspberries :love:

Hamburgers again I have buns to use up maybe with zucchini relish this time for a change!
will be making a scrumptious meatloaf for dinner. I already made up both a bowl of potato/egg salad and regular egg salad ( for sandwiches ) so the guys will have enough options for work meals.

Tonight was just Nachos with Melted Cheese and Homemade Taco Meat with toppings of choice
Found a big turkey breast in the freezer so im making that with mashed potatoes some more spinach and a tomato and onion salad.
..picked up Wong Wing at the grocery store today, Sweet & Sour Chicken, Honey Garlic Pork, Chicken Chow Mein and I already have egg rolls and making fried rice!!! sodium night :-)

Tonight will be Homemade Burgers with Leftover Instant Pot Warm Baked Potato Salad and maybe a Salad
too tired
so toasted peameal /tomato from the garden sandwich with a cob of corn thrown at the side
Thinking tonight will be Homemade Pizza with Pepperoni, Bacon, Onions, Mushrooms, Cheddar & Parm with Ceasar Salad on the side.
Feeling stressed about going back to school to teach amidst covid, so it's going to be an easy dinner tonight with A LOT of wine. Probably some pasta and a green salad, since I already have some sauce made.

tonight I went the easy route. Defrosted 2 large bags of split chicken wings. I love these because there is no messy sauce on them... they are nekkid! I Air fry them up in a short time, turning them just once. A little shake of the salt and we're done.
Sides are raw veggie sticks and ranch dressing.
^ how long do you cook the wings? 1/2 hr??? I still haven't tried the full chicken but its on my list to try

Tonight we are expecting company for the rest of the week so we are making black bean soup, cauliflower soup, 5 star peach pie and apple pie. After a week on the road from Ontario hopefully our guests will appreciate some home cooking.
Its a cold, windy, rainy day so I have a beef roast in the oven, going to have with it mashed turnip/rutabaga, carrots, peas, stove top and was planning mashed potatoes but for a different texture than all mush will probably make fries in the Air Fryer..and gravy!!! for now I've skipped to dessert..hee hee....tea & homemade blueberry cheesecake!!

Cesar Salad with BBQ Chicken Chunks (seriously, has anyone else noticed how amazing the combination of Cesar Salad Dressing and BBQ Sauce is) with Cesar Garlic Naan
got a pork shoulder picnic last week, finally had time to cook it, boiled it in a big pot to make stock, then crisp it in the oven. We love crispy skin. Also made a potato salad with some leftover dill, potato, eggs (not a leftover but we have 2 dozens from SDM deal $1.29/dozen), mayo, honey mustard, salt, pepper, a touch of sugar.
In my opinion, You guys are true heros!!! Take a deep breath, i hope you enjoyed your evening with lots of wine! Kudos to all the teachers out there who are putting themselves on the front lines for the sake of our children.
Im making spagh tonight. Already have the spaghetti sauce made. and i made Blueberry Muffins this morning but with a twist. I added some sliced frozen strawberries to the mix.

went to metro to buy milk and ceasar dressing and got also 2 nice pepper steak under 3$ each and best of it they had a 30% off also so that will be supper with ceasar salad and patatoes wedges
Ran into the grocery store after work last night and found Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli marked down 50% off, grabbed 2 packages to make a quick dinner.
Only ended up using 1 package mixed it with Classico Roasted Portobello Sauce topped with Cheese and Baked, has this with a Cesar Salad
