Lynn, that does happen to me, too - for example, I'll just have the spaghetti and sauce and my family will wonder if there's something wrong with the meatballs, lol!
This also happens to me with eggs...
We do have meatless meals at least once a week; and now with it being the period before Christmas, we do it twice a week, following our church practice of St. Philip's Fast - Pylypivka - (Roman Catholics call it Advent).

That said, tonight is hot dogs and soup!

Tonight is spinach and cheese ravioli with florentine sauce (thank you Olivieri and Classico!!) and garlic cheese toast. Just me and the kidlets...can you tell? Lol

Are you ready to be disappointed??? They are just his version of panini's that he makes in the George Foreman Grill I got him. I really shouldn't laugh since he makes his own dinners now with it and my poor mom doesn't have to cook(she badly injured her hand at work ie: needed surgery to re attach tendons). You should see the smile on his face when he gets to make them
