    I'm having trouble getting creative with Lenten meals at least two nights a week!

    Our St Patrick's Day festivities start today, Irish all the way!! There will be so much food incl the fav's Irish Stew, green beer, Corned Beef & Cabbage, green beer, roasted meats, green beer, salads, green beer and every kind of appetizer that you can imagine..did I mention the beer? lol...all the cabins are in full swing....see you on Wednesday

    I am thinking a full Roast Beef Dinner, so Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Cauliflower, Gravy and I might even get creative and make something for dessert. So a traditional Sunday Dinner on Saturday as Mom is working tomorrow night and than I am off for a week of hotel living for work.
