What's For Dinner?

Change in plans, last night we had Mary Brown's instead. We had a credit for a free large wedge and gravy due to mess up on a previous order so Mom got herself chicken pieces and I had the Big Mary to go with it. Best of all it was all free the manager came out and voided the whole bill not just the wedges and gravy when Mom pointed this out she said not to worry our mistake dinner is on us. Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight is a mystery Mom is in a foul mood and I have not decided if it is best to stay in or go out as we were supposed to run errands tonight after work

Last night was pasta with marinara sauce and ceaser salad.

Tonight is bbq chicken breast, grilled zucchini and I might make a bruchetta, have some overripe tomatoes I need to use asap

Mom is having a rough time at work so I offered to take her out to dinner to talk. Wasn't really planned for and I am trying to cut down our eating out but feels like I need to bend the rules here, resturant will be her choice but if she won't choose I am thinking Boston Pizza (we have very limited options here).

IF I manage to sit down for dinner tonight it will be a frozen pizza. I have a few things to do after work and wont be home til later. Told the rommie to throw a pizza or two in if he gets hungry and I will grab a slice when I get home. Its taco day at work today though ( in 7 mins, I am hungry and counting the minutes ) I am usually still full by dinner time when work feeds us, so I think it will all work out fine.

I'm thinking of naan pizza with spicy Italian sausage and a side green salad. I might end up changing my mind but that's the plan so far.

Well, today I am more my usual self. No idea why I was such a grouch yesterday... but it seems to have passed. Tonight's dinner is BBQ'd Jamaican-style "jerk" pork chops, with rice and peas (beans) and homemade coleslaw.

Last night we had :
Roast Chicken
Roasted Carrots
Scalloped Potatoes
Tonight:
Cream of Mushroom Soup with left over Scalloped Potatoes, Sauted Mushrooms, Onions and Red
Sauted Peppers added. ( Leftover from Steak BBQ the night before from my brother...Thankyou

Husband went to pick up supper, son is coming over.
Chinese food - fried rice, pork chow mein, chicken chop suey, s&s pork, honey garlic pork, chicken wings (they are fab with Chinese spice!), deep fried shrimp, chicken balls (which are free with such a big order).

We sat by the ocean and had fish and chips for lunch so we will eat leftovers from the fridge for dinner!
