Last night I was lazy and had whole wheat pasta with Frank's Red Hot Sauce on it. :)
tonight my DH is cooking again woo!
He is making homemade burgers on flat breads stuffed with goats cheese, basil and bacon.
ahhh i can't wait!
No clue??????
LOL, I'm at the 'no clue' stage, too! It's just my husband and me tonight - son will be out on a 'double-date' - wow! I didn't thaw any meat, so it's either going to be finding something magical in the cupboards or some cheap takeout, I suppose. I'm not hungry so I don't care, and husband needs time to chillax when he comes home from work, so there's no hurry...
Last night, chicken pieces, potatoes and onions roasted in Italian dressing, plus mixed veggies.
Tonight is meatless, so depending on how I feel by late afternoon, either perogies and fish or pasta with tuna and mushroom sauce.
I think I will officially make Fridays Hot Dog days.
hubby made chipotle pork sandwiches with sauteed onions and cheese and they were deeelicious

This weekend is Peace Fest...our local music festival...so last night was pizza, mini doughnuts, and fries (in that order!)...tonight...maybe Thai...or which ever vendor looks the greasiest! (hey...its only once a year!)...and cotton candy for dessert.

Ribs tonight - have to think which way to make them yet, though - always tough to decide.
Dinner at my parents tonight!
It's 8:30 in the morning.
That's a very good question?
I have to pull something out of the freezer.
mmmmm maybe chicken tonight? Had ribs last night with lots left over but hubby will take them to work.
Creole sausages: with sausages (mild or your choice of hotness), peppers (I use red but sometimes yellow), onions, can of stewed, diced tomates, cubed potatoes, corn (from a can) and voila! - my own recipe.
What's for dinner?! It's 12:30 in the afternoon! Not dinner time! You are crazy.:shock:
Uh, the cook must be prepared, to think ahead if it's home cooking, like getting the meat thawed to start with. This afternoon I will have to boil the ribs, before saucing them up and baking them to their scrumptious delight - which is almost two hours - in time for supper.
Though some nights one can decide a half hour before, and throw in some frozen pizzas or make sammies and soup.
