Last night I baked some perogies which I topped with cheese, sour cream & salsa. I had this with some roasted cauliflower and BBQ chicken chunks.
Tonight Mom said she is going to make something before work and will leave in the fridge for me to heat up when I get home, don't have to cook so works for me.

Having leftover hamburger tomato and noodles, Learning to cook for 4 people rather then 3, doesn't sound that big a difference but the additional person is a teenage boy, So he is eating a ton one day and hardly anything the next

Going to have to make a modification to dinner. The mac & cheese was a cauliflower casserole. I am kinda off cauliflower right now. I guess I'll heat up some stew.

I had a tuna sandwich and cup-a-soup. Husband will have leftover casserole and pasta - unfortunately, I made it too spicy for me yesterday.
