Chicken broccoli divan. I only had 1 head of broccoli, so I rounded out the amount I needed with carrots and sauteed onions.

Couldn't resist making the back ribs bought on the weekend. Boiled them in the morning, will use stock for soup another day.
Made some sorta sauce out of oil, Greek seasoning, many cloves of garlic minced, soy sauce - then after they cooked a bit, I drizzled corn syrup and sprinkled seasoning salt.
Wowsers, they were good - crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.
Served with homemade fried potatoes and sweetlet peas.

christmas dinner with my team from work, we went to a brazilian steak house, even had desserts. $52 per person included tax and tip. Yikes! But it was good and we only do it once a year.

I had Mr. Noodles soup and crackers.
Husband will also have that, plus leftovers from yesterday.

Tonight will be home made waffles, sausage, fresh fruit, milk, and syrup. I might be feeding our two babysitters too, because dh and I are having a night out at the new star wars movie.
