There has been a lot of eating here!! lol...I might make a chicken stir-fry later with kale and rice etc OR if it's not too windy I might light the hibachi and grill steak or pork chops

Chicken alfredo made in crock pot. Made a huge batch of pea soup with my hambone from yesterday. Making up care packages for the elderly in my congregation. Love the beaming smiles. Best payment ever.
Hubby's a little bummed I'm giving away most of the ham though! Lol!!

I love the holidays cause I get a chance to do some cooking. I tried a sticky toffee pudding cake yesterday and it was Awesome!! oh and some roasted chick peas. (I know. . . weird combo eh?)

hubby made rice dish - a layer of white rice mixed with a cheese sauce, topped with cooked ground beef with philli cheese, sour cream, worstershire etc. then the whole casserole dish into the oven.

Cereal.....special K to be exact. Keeping it lean going into the new year. I don't order out, and will continue to stick to cooking for just myself, and when I have company.
