leftovers with Cavendish fries
Tomorrow I will be cooking 2 whole chickens with the works so we have leftovers for dh's lunches & Monday will be hot chicken sandwiches2019 is the year that we continue to save before we buy!!!

Thank you NF for having plump whole chickens on sale yesterday!! I am almost done roasting one for today's dinner ( it cost under $6.00 ) and added about 2 lbs. of the No Name Naturally Imperfect Russets to soften on the inside and crisp up in the fat. ( those 5 lb bags were an unbelievable .48 each! ) Cheap dinner!!

We don't have enough noodles for everyone so 2 of us will have ramen: teriyaki pork with nappa cabbage, assorted veggies and udon noodles while the other two will have teriyaki pork stir fry with the same veggies but soba noodles instead.
Great deal on pork PMed so $6 for 4 people and free VH sauce from Walmart

No idea Step Mom is making dinner, I am on dessert which is Lemon Cheesecake mouse with Raspberries and Chocolate Peanut Butter No Bake Drop cookies.
