Pizza Pizza tonight ;)
last night we had pot roast and mashed potatoes with gravy... tonight chicken burgers
Today we had BBQ chicken souvlaki with greek style lemon potatoes Mmmm
My first time doing the potatoes they were so good!
Here is how I made them
1/4 cup water or if you have chicken stock
5 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 garlic cloves minced
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp dried rosemary
salt and pepper to taste
wash and chop potatoes mix all ingredients together put in a pan and bake at 375 for 1.5 hours covered, you can uncover for the last 30 min.
Mmmmm veevee, that sounds yummy! Give me some, haha.
If VeeVee doesn't share her dinner, I'll be making fish and chips tonight with a quick homemade tartar sauce. And I made chocolate chip cookies for dessert! *runs to the baking thread*

Last night was KFC - thanks to mcminsen's reminder that it was Toonie Tuesday!
Tonight's supper was honey-garlic chicken breasts (Safeway's Eating Right new ones, frozen; got them half-price a few weeks ago), along with potato salad and pasta salad. The breasts were actually very good, moist - really marinated well.
But that made four days in a row we have had chicken. I like to mix it up every night, but three of the past four nights were requests, so I let it go... funny how the men don't care, as long as they are fed!
too hot to cook tonight, I got sandwich meat from the deli and made a sammie and some spicy won ton salad...yummy.

Tonight I made a rice,brocoli,cheese and chicken casserole with a side salad. Fingers crossed it turns out :)
Had a company dinner tonight they took all the employees and there husbands/wifes out for dinner and drinks.
I had a Cesar salad to start and then I had the grilled chicken with lobster meat, shrimp and asparagus on top and a white wine tarragon sauce. Garlic mashed patatoes and green beans on the side. and I had a mojito! lol YUMMMERS
just getting home now, so toast and cheese b4 bed...
Tonight will most likely be a taco salad with all the fixin's :P
Tonight it was pizza, garlic fingers and donairs! I had several people offering to come home with me (I carried it home on the bus!).
Donairs always seem like a good idea at the time...URP.

I don't know about y'all, but I like "Leftover Night", because it turns into an international mix & match. Dinner tonight was veggie samosas, shepherd's pie, and garden mini-tomatoes.

I changed my mind again ;) I made mexican rice(basmati with taco seasoning and cumin with black beans, corn, fire roasted tomatoes with chicken breasts :P:P:P
Tonight BF and I are making homemade gf pizza and Im gonna try making GF spring rolls :)

Tonight will be M&M bear paw burgers with toppings like cheese, avacado, and guiness bbq sauce (not all on one burger) and a fresh shredded salad on the side :)
I wonder how long it will be for us to finish all the FREE burgers we have?. Guess it's time for a family bbq :P
(didn't care for the Bearpaw burgers ......they have soy protein as filler ...... - only had 2 boxes to use up, thank goodness.)
last night was farmer sausage, the best ever corn on the cob, brocolli salad, and for dessert...banana bread with brown sugar & pecans on top. :)
tonight... more corn on the cob....just made some home made apricot jam.....maybe jam on soft bread with lots of butter...:)
