Southwest Cheese Steak
Involves panfrying the steaks, simmering in salsa, combining with cooked rotini pasta, and pouring a melted cheese sauce on top. mmmmmmmmmmmmm

I've never grilled tofu. My hubby is a meat and potato kinda guy but he likes it when I make deep fried tofu with spicy salt. It's more of an appetizer. Cube tofu and deep fried then toss them with saute-ed (?) diced red and green peppers, diced onion, add your favorite flavored salt, red pepper flakes, sugar to taste.
