Very easy to make this dessert.. I love Reese's peanut butter cups too .

very economical cabbage rolls! A $1.29 ( I LOVE when cabbage is not priced " per pound " ) so I grabbed the biggest one!
( The lean ground beef and cans of tomato juice were on sale before this, my large bag of Basmati rice in stockpile )
Made shamefully large rolls ( betcha CAN only eat one ) from the 10 outermost leaves, finished up the the head with more modest sized rolls....froze quite a few!
Every so often I switch up making the it the lazy cabbage way to the real thing.

Decided to make a donair hash out of the leftover meat. I diced up 4 large potatoes, some onion, garlic and tomatoes. A little donair sauce on top. It tastes ok, the tomatoes I could have left off lol

mmmm reading this makes me hungry. I think I am alone for dinner tonight unless the teen shows up. I am thinking Chinese. Starting to not work my ass off all the time when I don't have to! Life is short. I need to enjoy it.
