Tonite for supper Ceasar salad and Diet Pepsi
Stuffed chicken breasts, Asian noodles, sweet potatoes and yellow beans.
On Saturday I had thawed a very large pkg of lean ground beef. Made up just a small box ( 454 gr ) of bowtie pasta with meat sauce, also made up a separate taco mixture. Grated and prepped the various fixings for the hard shell and soft wraps.
Sunday I was kinda bored, so made up a large beef stir fry with thin sliced steak. This time I used the VH Korean Beef sauce for the flavouring. A little is all you need for a full wok full I find.
Then at NF on Sunday morning I scored 6 really large red peppers on the reduced rack, so finished off the remaining ground beef by making stuffed peppers! I halved them for filling instead of doing them whole and upright because of their size.
I have the start of Garlic Beef Stroganoff in the slow cooker.

We are doing afternoon appetizers before the kids head back to town.
Feta Bruschetta stuffed portobello mushrooms, spicy grilled shrimp, prosciutto, hummus and pita crisps.
We brought all the left overs from the weekend home (we always seem to make too much) and will just put them out and hopefully there isn't any left to put back in the refrigerator.
just me and our baby tonight for dinner, i'll make ramen for myself with shredded cabbage, baby will have her baby food
BBQ hamburgers with homemade fries and Caesar salad.
....made pizza /w ham, pineapple, onion, mushroom, red pepper, etc & wings but I have a terribly sore throat (think I laughed too much on the weekend) so couldn't eat much..but tea with honey & lemon helps :)

Saturday we had Chicken Tetrazini (DS's choice) Made it at my mom's for everyone. My niece gobbled it up! Everyone really loved it.
Sunday- Chili with fresh bread (I was making a big batch for the freezer for work lunches so figured we would just have for dinner since we didn't need a big meal) Kids don't like it so we made them sausage, oven fries and corn.
Sunday- Roast beef with gravy, mashed potatoes and green beans. It was so good. I ate way too much because it was so awesome.
Tonight- Leftovers and bits of this and that to clean out the freezer
Making a chicken-veggie stirfry with rice.
...leftovers for today...throat still REALLY sore, feel like cr*p, soup would be nice....if I had any energy I'd make chicken wing soup with tomatoes :)
