About the bacon, just never tried it. And sometimes I do use it in for cabbage rolls, too, though usually I make them for occasions which are meatless.

For supper last night, had baked steak with mushrooms and onions, leftover rice, peas and corn.
Tonight I'm making beef chop suey - lots of veggies in the fridge to use!

tonight the boyfriend and I might go take advantage of the free movie offer for scene members so I'm thinking we'll treat ourselves to something on the go... a spicy burrito from burrito boyz perhaps! mmmm, my stomach is getting way ahead of itself.

I know...BF is way to nice to ppl. I told him if I was home to accept the call I would have been fuming!
The first technician that came in forgot to put a work order in so they can order the parts. Then we when called a few days later to see what was going on, they told us we were not in the records for any one to come back, so someone had to come again and check what parts had to be ordered..GAH and to make matetrs worse the person who installed the stove 7 years ago did it wrong and the tech that came 4 weeks ago said it was very dangerous that we had the stove like this so long we could have blown up! - what a nice thought lol

Chicken breasts and sausages stir fried rice with Green Giant essential veggies on the side. Never had the GG essential before - got them at Sobeys yesterday for $1 - I used save.ca BOGO coupon.
