..I have some thin pork cutlets so instead of veal parmesan will use pork to make the same dish, some type of pasta, caesar salad and dinner rolls

I am actually happy to come home and see some leftovers from yesterday. I thought everyone else would of taken them for lunch today. Everyone else can fend for them selves.

This morning I used a Tim Hortons gift card and bought 2 turkey bacon club sandwiches. One was for lunch and the other is still in the fridge for dinner with some potato salad.

...baked chicken in the oven coated with a batter, yummy & crispy..and there was some pork I didn't use yesterday so cut it up small and made fried rice with onion, carrot, mushrooms, green peas, spices, soya sauce, etc...
