    Change in plans last night, some how Breakfast for dinner was brought up which lead to French Toast Muffins for dinner last night.

    Tonight was supposed to be Beef and Broccoli over Rice but as we sat here talking we decided although that sounds good we will make that lunches/dinners this week and keep in the fridge.

    Instead tonight we are going to do a Pork Roast with Potato Stuffing, Mashed Potatoes (German and Irish, never enough Potatoes), Cauliflower (probably roasted) and Gravy.

    I’ll be slow roasting a 16lb turkey. I’d like mashed potatoes to go with it, but we don’t have any potatoes left and they are expensive st the store...besides that, our kids won’t eat them. I’ll cook some veggies, Chemo perogies, cranberry sauce, and sour cream.

    edit: I discovered that the large turkey still had ice inside it, so plan B for tonight’s supper is fish sticks and French fries.
