I ended up doing bacon wrapped steaks topped with bacon wrapped prawns and aspapragus with butter and oven baked taters with all the toppings It was simply amazing!!!

Tonight will be beef stroganoff(DH'S FAVE)

Making shepherd's pie with garlic mashed instead of plain mashed potato topping.
Also made homemade "Land of Nod" cinnamon buns for dessert but I looked on the counter and there is only 3 left! Musta been the "elves"...

Tonight we had what was easy and grabbable...... KD, snap peas.. and strawberries.. (not mixed together...) oh, and daughter had a slice of 'broken" cheese to! lol and choco milk!

Sausages and mushrooms braised in red wine, with spaghetti squash in a mushroom and tomato sauce (with as much garlic as I can possibly cram in...gotta get rid of this head cold!).
Lol...we eat good here when DH isn't home

Wasn't sure what I was going to do for dinner but we went out to spend some time at a friends house today, since it was so nice and we played football (well I threw the ball back and forth a little with them cuz no way am I going to play football) and then bowling on the wii. His mom asked us to stay for dinner sp we did, we had Ham, smashed potatoes, pea and carrots and corn.... it was so yummy and super nice since it was homemade and I didnt have to cook it lol.

LOL same here. We already ordered Pizza Hut on Sat. and went to Applebee's last nite. So we're out of ideas for dinners!! We bought M&M meatballs last nite and SW butter that were on sale 2/$5 my hubby joked that we could have buttered meatballs for dinner tonite. Haha.
