Tonight will be lazy perogy casserole (made like lasagne, with cottage cheese, mashed potatoes, and lasagne noodles, sauteed onions, and cheddar cheese). Yum!

I am freezing...and lazy today...so I am making fried rice with veggies and egg and steak bits in it..thats it.Maybe a salad too, lol

I totally forgot about dinner - and it's 8:30 pm! So I just threw in some bacon tornados because i'm alone tonight, and i'm not a big eater so that'll do me 'till tomorrow :)
I made sheppards pie and there's enough for tomorrow too.
braised bbq-esque lamb chops for hubby, leftover chicken a la king pour moi, all with garlic mashed taters. dr oetker pizza for my daughter

Tuna Noodle Casserole Tonight
pork chops with left over stuffed red peppers and a salad...since BF is now sick (thanks to me haha) I am thinking soup too.
I had some recipes sent to me to be part of the Chatelaine Home Recipe testers so I'm giving those a go. It's Chicken and Dumplings tonight for DH and our neighbours.

Stuffed chicken breast from walmart with rice and carrots. :)
Anyone knows what i can do with canned baked beans and chicken breasts? i also have rice, cheese (mozza and cheddar), canned tomato, different spices. I was thinking of a bake dish but i googled for different recipe and couldn't find anything i can use with the ingredients i have at hand. TIA.

Shipwreck tonight
Wow, just stumbled across this thread and love it! I like to cook and just got a new mediterranean cookbook for xmas, so tonight I am trying:
"Chicken, Chorizo and Chickpea Paealla." Never tried it before, so hopefully it is good!
Probably be seeing some mediterranean dish postings from me for the next little bit. :)
