Tonight we are having my sister and her 2yr old boy/girl twins over for supper. I’ll oven bake McCain fries, Janes chicken nuggets, romaine salad, and Mann’s sugar snap peas. My sister is supposed to bring some fresh fruit to go with it.
edit: My sister cancelled, so change of plans.
Steak and mushrooms, not sure what else.Last edited by Angela273; Mon, May 14th, 2018 at 03:41 PM.

Last night had Wendy's - hadn't had for like over 10 years. I had the bacon deluxe which was on sale, plus a plain baked potato. The potato was just what I wanted so I had most of that first, then only about a third of the burger. Burger was good - bun a bit odd, though.

Last night we had a family dinner of: Steak on the bbq, potatoes, mushrooms, ceaser salad and cheesecake with fresh strawberries for a treat!
Tonight: I took leftover steak and potatoes for the oldest to take for his work dinner tonight.

My family took me out to an AYCE place in Kelowna called Tokyo. You order small plates on the tables iPad and the amazing food just keeps coming. There are over 200 items on the menu...it was absolutely incredible. We had so much fun that we were there for 3hours!

..I saved the bone from my Easter ham (and lots of extra ham and froze) so today I'm making Lentil Soup with Ham & Curry
https://www.creative-culinary.com/re...up-with-curry/
instead of red lentils, today I'm using a Pea Soup Mix that contains yellow split peas, green split peas, pearl barley, brown long grain rice, split red lentils & split green lentils. Its simmering away on the stove, I tasted it earlier and it already tastes divine

All dressed pizza from Family Pizza. Two large which is obviously way more than we need, but had a very good coupon which also included medium three cheese bread sticks and dipping sauces. Total price was less than the price of the pizzas alone.
So we'll eat this for a few days, and the slices are good frozen.
