Yum, I love chicken livers!!
Tonight I made pork souvlaki & tzatziki from scratch with greek pita and a side of salad.
I have leftovers too which makes me extra happy!
Can't wait for pizza tomorrow. My dough is rising as I type this :D

Gosh, all of those meals sound so great!
Friday is no meat day - so I made what my son loves. Two boxes of KD with a can of tuna mixed in, and the sauce garlicked up a bit.
sheppards pie and fresh bread, vanilla pudding
Papa Murphy's "Take N Bake" stuffed pepperoni & bacon pizza (Holy crap, that is the HUGEST pizza I have ever seen, it puffs up as it cooks, was really good) and homemade poutine...I am stuffed.
My pasta was soooo good and so easy! Will make again for sure!
Planning on BBQing if the rain holds off. I will do steaks and grilled veg with either a regular baked tater or a twice baked stuffed taters :P
What's for dinner I have no ideas or plans,
I don't feel like bringng out the pots or the pans,
Maybe someone nice will give me an invite,
No cooking hassles for me would be such a delight,
It's just that I'm not in a cooking frame of mind,
Cause for today I have officially resigned,
Maybe I'll send out for pizza, wings or Thai,
Cause as of now Loocie is on cooking stand-by.
:)

I spent the afternoon making Julia Child's Boeuf Bourguignon. Holy cow. 5 1/2 hours later. Apparently DH likes it. Not sure I'll be doing it again anytime soon though.
5 1/2 hours?! You must be dedicated LOL, did it taste good at least???
I made fresh fettuccine then tossed it in olive oil, baby tomatos, olives, and mushrooms.
