    I’m starting the slow cooker this morning before I head out with a ham and bean chowder. I’ve got pickleball then a lunch date and some shopping, should be all done when I get home later.

    ..I picked up a large bag of overripe bananas for $1.11 at the grocery store and made 3 dozen banana muffins, if anyone is looking for a good simple recipe this one is awesome :

    I reduced the sugar from 3/4 of a cup to 1/2 cup..made plain, chocolate chip & a batch with chopped walnuts

    Hot turkey sandwich, fries, corn off the cob.


    Used this, it was on for five bucks last week. It was good. I sliced off the meaty bits since it's a thigh.Gravy more like a jus, so I used gravy I had.

    Dinner last night was chicken souvlaki with rice and green beans. (and cleaned out fridge/freezer and made open bag of fries, pasta etc)

    Tonight we feast on Roast beef with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies.

    I’ve got back ribs in the pressure. Poker right now and I’ll slather them with homemade bbq sauce before broiling them. Sides are pork fried rice and steamed asparagus.
