When I was looking up recipes for the potatoes casserole, interesting how many recipe sites call them 'funeral potatoes' - I kinda understand why, but do any of you call them that?

Mmm...just put an apple-berry crisp in the oven...it smells amazing in here right now

Yeah, it's the one where you put cream soup, sour cream, cheese, etc. with the cornflakes and butter on top.
Once I googled, found out there are lots of other names for it... Mormon potatoes, Christmas potatoes, potluck potatoes...
Hm, green Jell-o salad, anyone?
