Last night was a spinach salad and chicken...tonight is tuna casserole

Dinner tonight I'm thinking of lemon chicken breasts...with???? sweet potato or butternut squash, both??? lol!

im so full from brunch, but my mom has a roast in. i'm going to explode :lol:
Last night I had the last of my sausage jambalaya yummmm!!! I make it differently than any other recipe I've tried and I love it so I make enough for a few days and am always sad when it's gone.
Tonight I'm having roasted veggies (onions, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, sweet potato, asparagus, corn, peppers) and chickpeas with a special veggie seasoning. I thought I should have only veggies considering all the sausage I've been eating this week lol
I am peeking in on this thread hoping to get a little inspiration for dinner! I was thinking about meatloaf, or maybe perogies, but just not sure-I guess I will have to go wander around the stores and figure it out. I do know that I am going to bake a coconut caramel cake today tho-since my coconut cream pie worked out amazing I am on a roll with the coconut!

Last night I kicked it up and had chicken pot pie..................... from Save On Foods!!!!!!!!! :) it was alright, but not what I expected... TOO much chicken!!!!!!! lol
I used some leftover stewing beef and cut it up and marinate it in a teriyaki sauce I made up so hopefully its edible lol. That, and rice, carrots, broccoli and onions.
Tonight is BURRITOS!!!! :P:P:P. with a side salad :)
well I just had some apple butter on a rice cake and I plan on eventually having tortellini smothered in sauce and cheese lol :) but I don't plan on making it so I have to be patient
Unusual for a Monday to have such a big dinner, but made a roasted chicken with stuffing; brown rice (first time making it!), with sauteed onions and mushrooms; and yummy gravy.
Shocked to discover there is barely anything left! Snackies for me for lunch tomorrow.
last night was toasted chicken sandwiches (made with leftover roast chicken from sunday) with bacon, mayo and tomato - tonight hamburger helper with turkey instead of beef and i'll add a ton of other veggies and some brocoli.

Hooray for payday, so we had takeout. I had chicken fingers, amazing steak fries, gravy, and Greek salad - though I donated the olive to Taffy and Pepsi who acted like idiots with it as they ate it, and rolled all over the living room floor.

We're trying to eat simple things because of my allergies, until we figure out what it's from. Yesterday we had roast pork, and potats. Tonight were going to try some Hotdogs. I have a weird liking to hotdogs :p
Tonight I work... so whatever is on th menu there! Always good food, mmmmm! Perhaps homemade soup cuz that just rocks anyone's boat when it's THIS gosh darn cold, lol!

Tonight its homemade chicken fingers which I am marinading in buttermilk now then will coat them in almond flour and bake. Not sure whats for the side...maybe fries and salad
