    making cabbage hash (similar to cabbage rolls but instead of rolling the filling in cabbage leaves, I just chop up the cabbage, sautee and layer like lasagna and bake in the oven)

    leftovers here for all. The Air fryer has had a workout lately with various cuts of chicken in the basket. Sides were easy enough to match with that.

    I used some leftover Roast Beef we had in the fridge and froze what I did not use to make Roast Beef wraps with Cheddar and Lettuce. Also made Roasted Potatoes on the side. For a treat when the potatoes came out I popped in a batch of Cake Mix Cookie bars using a Chocolate Cake Mix with mini Reese Pieces.

    On Sunday night it was a bit of a panicked frenzy for DH and DS to decide " wtf are we gonna take for work meals during the week " ? See? This is what happens when Mom binge watches stuff and does not batch cook.
    So the 3 of us made a group effort around the table .....managed to whip up a very large pasta with meat sauce and a taco style 5 layered cheesy, veggie type dip.
    Those Multi grain Tostito Scoops were the best companion for that dip!!
