i made chinese style stir fried button mushrooms like take-out, buffet and food court. yeah i've been to a buffet or mall (food course) in 10 months so i was craving it, anyway, it was sooo easy to make and tasted just like i remembered.

Last night Mom texted she was ordering Pizza and I was too exhausted to honestly care so we had Pizza which I picked up on my way home since I was working out of town yesterday

I picked up stir fry boneless chicken but I don't feel like making a stir fry again this week. I'm going to try to make chicken enchiladas with homemade enchilada sauce. I just cleaned out a cupboard looking for black beans, I thought I was out of luck and then I noticed Uncle Bens spicy black beans pouch. To boot, I randomly picked up a Knorr mexican rice package.
