    Finally just made up that batch of corned beef hash. Now all my spuds are gone and the onions too! I feel a shop coming on.......

    Last night I whipped up a homemade mac and cheese. They ate it all!
    I also cooked up BLSL chicken breasts. So tonight they can make chicken ceaser wraps for dinner.
    DS will be popping a roast beef in the oven this afternoon that I thawed overnight and got oven ready this morning.
    I want a toasted roast beef sandwich for my lunch tomorrow!

    Where did my energy come from today? No idea but it will make up for when I don't want to cook.
    Made a whole new batch of the sausage rolls to freeze up using the Tender-Flake Puff pastry.
    Made a ( well it is still on the simmer atm ) deep pot of Borscht soup.
    Cooked up a a small bit of ground beef and onions with the Old El Paso powder mix, grated/chopped all the " essentials ", cheese and veg. I want to make sure those wraps and hard taco shells get eaten up.
    So it will be a pick and choose dinner for whenever anyone is hungry.

    Im making chop suey for supper tonight. Bought some bean sprouts yesterday, will add celery, mushrooms, onions and some chopped red pepper for colour and a couple of chopped boneless pork chops. Thats for hubby. And for me i think it will be the rest of the vegetable lentil soup from the other day.
