What's For Dinner?

Tonight I made OctoberFest Sausage, Pasta Salad and a Lettuce salad. And for dessert I made Strawberry Shortcake.

I bought some Bush's Baked Beans vegetarian style after assuring me that they were vegan and have to say they were good but I found them to be too sweet for my taste. But for 0.33 a can they are perfect for when DH has to "cook" for himself. We had a Tofurky beer brat on the side (veggie sausage) and Europe's Best steamed yellow and green beans.

I love Tofurky stuff! I buy the sausages but also the Vegetarian Feast box too. It's awesome! And I buy it whenever I feel like it, I don't even wait for the holidays.
