    mmmm, comfort pasta! Medium sized shells swimming in Spicy Classico sauce with ground beef, pork and a couple of Marc Angelo sausages cut up. All was good here last night.

    We have the Roasted Chicken from yesterday but not feeling Roasted Chicken so we are turning some of the meat into Chicken Tetrazzini

    DS boiled, then sauteed up a batch of my homemade perogies from the freezer, also oven roasted a tray of carrots and a couple of small onions. it was a lovely surprise for DH and I.

    Made dinner up for DH work and for us here too. Shake 'N Bake crumb coating for pork. Coated 3 thick ( mostly boneless ) loin chops, served with half and half, that is real mashed spuds mixed with instant ones and oven roasted carrots.

    Did up 34 spring rolls last night BUT they are for Christmas Eve and the 25th. All are now a golden brown and stored in the freezer. Most were filled with a ground pork/spaghetti squash mixture, but a few were sweet ( apple/pear )
    It'll be burgers for tonight. Feel I should make up a yummy potato salad after grabbing a 15 lb . bag of spuds for $2.00 at NF.

    We're going to a friends for a pot roast dinner I"m so excited.... I absolutely love pot roasts and haven't had one in ages... (DH is more of a rare beef guy)
