Mmmm, @SassyAshley you are speaking MY idea of some great meals! Roast beast for one meal and then Shepherd's Pie! Enjoy.

We are doing a silly mish mash of stuff. Schneider's All beef hot dogs ( the ones that give ya 5 stinking dogs in a pack! ) , homemade onion rings and french fries, homemade potato salad ( used red skins ) and maybe coleslaw or some of the Dole bagged garden salads ( GT had them on sale ). Oh yeah, and the remaining breaded baked pork loin I cut them into thin slices and set them in a dish with Sweet Thai Chili sauce.
We had wine last with dinner last night, so maybe not tonight? We'll see

Scaddabush Monday evening. GC's covered all but the tip and that was a large GC! Prices there are a tad ridiculous, I mean....it's pasta ? So darn delicious though, I've made roasted butternut squash ravioli from scratch, but theirs WAS devine! We'll never go there again unless gifted another meal. ha ha

Made the guys a batch of homemade burgers for work. They're making up their own salads to go with. Not sure what else I'll make today, it's still early.

You don’t eat pasta? I was thinking of making fresh pasta for dinner but my pasta maker is giving me trouble and I think needs to be taken apart and figured out
No time for that project today

lol! @Frugalbigmama I'll bet those raspberries were the sale ones at NF for $1.55 !! I bought 3 trays Thursday and the guys took a whole tray in with their work meal.
Today's work meal is Breakfast! Homemade Buttermilk pancakes with sliced strawberries cooked inside, Peameal bacon and scrambled eggs.
I ate my portion for breakfast today like a normal person! ha ha

We walked to and from our bridge club yesterday afternoon and decided on an easy dinner so we made oven nachos with chili
Dinner party here tonight, Korean garlic chicken, pork fried rice, shrimp and broccoli stir fry and lemon cheesecake for dessert.
I’ve prepared all I could in advance and it’s in the fridge await the actual cooking
