Tonight I started with a handful of brussl sprouts with a cpl spoons of water in a small pot. I let that go just above med heat for a few mins then added some cubed up butter nut squash. I let it cook uncovered about 5 mins. Then I added some grape tomatoes, salt/pepper,tsp butter and a cpl tbsp of orange juice and covered it and let it cook covered on med for about 8 mins. I didn't follow a recipe, I just like throwing stuff together and I thought it was really good, lol. :)
