^ lol. I second the motion to bow down before the oven. My god that is one beautiful oven and stove. I have stove envy.
@ canadianbella- "new potatoes" are those that have been freshly harvested and are the first ones of the season so they are young and often on the smaller side as far as potatoes go. But they are tender and delicious!!! If you haven't had new potatoes before, you should try them!
veggie hotdogs with new potatoes (hahaha), brown beans, and broccoli mix on the side.
Had pizza. Bad idea, lactose intolerant
*still voting for ribs. lol
oh cab... that stove, man I would die for it, AMAZING! I've always wanted professional appliances but alas, I can 1, don't have the room for them and 2 could never afford them. You rock!!!
Thats the only type of roast I will buy, other than a prime rib roast or a tenderloin at Christmas, see....so same, same lol :)
You see guys, a little known fact here, SillyLoocie and I look almost identical, we both are battling the same nasty disease, we have the same siblings, the same likes and dislikes, damm, we even wear the same sunglasses! It's the twin I never knew I had until joining here!
And now 1 more thing, the types of roasts we buy :)
Last night I made gluten free pizza (yes using my coconut flour recipe) piled it high with turkey peperoni, peppers, onions, roasted garlic, feta and fresh bocconcini cheese from the cheese market.....to die for. Nope, not a single slice left :embarassed: I'm blamin it on you WOB....you had to go and broadcast that you were making pizza on Friday :lolsign:
Tonight I'm going to make a roast. I have this great oven that I can set outside on a table and let it do it's thing. That way I don't have to heat up the rv, one of the best investments I ever made!
Tonight will be burgers again (I'll take a pic of that side of the stove tonight lol) I'm gonna miss that stove when I move, but I probably won't be here much past the spring because I really would like to move back in to town. I was told there was an apartment available in the building right behind where I work dec 1st. Well dec 1st is way too short notice.
I think I will do baked sole in mushroom sauce with my pumpkin from halloween baked & new potatoes.I also put olive oil & salt on the seeds & bake them untill lightly brown. My kids love them:)

Homemade Pizza, yummy, yummy pizza!
Oh and salad....
Slaved away again. Made DH and DS some stuff for their week... chicken breast and green peas mixed into their Fettuccine Alfredo, Grilled up their hoagies ( those big sausagy/smokie type things), made up the sweet potato fries (2 bags from the freezer, lol lazy), fried up all the bacon that was defrosted, so their BLT's will be a snap to put together.
Separately steamed three types veggies, ( savoy cabbage, broccoli and carrots ) I will wait to see if anyone takes any along with their other food as the week goes on.
DD and I have some lemon chicken defrosting ( made a while back), new fried rice made for her ( she never tires if it! ) and I made mine just plain from the rice cooker, but stirred in sauteed onions.mushrooms, bell peppers, and thin sliced cooked chicken breast. The GF bread mix is going in the breadmaker.
Last night DD made a batch of GF brownies, guess she doesn't know Mondays are my weigh in day. ( lol)
Made a pot roast in the crock pot, Yorkshire pudding, gravy, roast potatoes and carrots. Also used the pumpkin that was outside for Halloween and made a pumpkin gratin, pumpkin mash with roast garlic and pumpkin soup.
Have enough left for tomorrow.
