Beef stroganoff
my kids are gaga for ham, so there's enough leftover for them to have some diced up ham again tonight with maybe some mac & cheese, raw peppers/cucumbers+dip on the side. i made a lazy cabbage roll casserole thing for DH to take to work tonight for dinner so i'll probably have a nice heaping plate of that :) :)

I am doing stroganoff using the meatballs I made earlier this week :)
I made a cream of carrot soup with other veggies[broccoli carrots a few potatoes and ham.
Thanks for sharing your recipe Holly.Gotta try it.Tonight after a long slow drive home in rush hour traffic hubby has volunteered to make supper.We are having talapia,carrots & turnips mashed together & french fries.I also bough a banana bread loaf at the hospital bake sale(proceeds to radiation dept,good cause) so we will also have that:)Such a cold snowy night here Im looking forward to it:)
Roast Chicken, gravy, mashed potatoes, mixed vegs. and stuffing with chopped apples and onions added.
For dessert maybe chocolate :)
Leftover homemade soup, and fish burgers (gee, they were good - BlueWater brand fillets, not minced stuff. Really crunchy on outside, yummy inside! Had with bakery buns, so that added extra yumminess).
Pan seared strip steak, mashed white sweet potatoes with a red wine and balsamic vinegar reduction!
The potatoes were white, I swear. I guess they just oxidize a pretty granny smith colour.. lol
Was feeling lazy last night so I had a nice halibut in the fridge, I cut it, put in in a tempura batter and fried it up. I made some spicy potato wedges in the oven and roasted some turnip and butternut squash along with the potatoes so it was an easy meal.
Today is Thanksgiving here so it's Turkey day!!! I missed thanksgiving at home this year so I can't wait to eat turkey! I don't like the sweet potato thingy here cause it's more like a dessert, marshmallows on it, but I love stuffing....so we're off to the gym this morning so I can work up a great big HUNGRY!
yum, I usually am full because I take protein shakes and followed by a nice healthy chicken/tuna salad.

I am going to surprise myself tonight and have caesar salad with chicken and instead of a mango smoothie (no mangoes) I will enjoy a strawberry and banana one.
Roast beef, Yorkshire pudding,gravy and mashed potatoes, peas and apple-pear crisp for dessert. Yum!

BBQ tonight :)
Tonight I had a couple stuffed clams with mixed veggies. Fri night at work on our 3am lunch break there will be a spaghetti dinner for $5.00 for the staff. Also fri morning is a bake sale at work and a draw for christmas. :)

We ate out today at a buffet .Baked potato soup,salad.Stuffed chicken roll covered in bacon,cheese scalloped potatoes,split green & yellow beans,cheese & crackers & lemon meringe pie for dessert.So full now:)I always eat too much at buffets:occasion14:

Last night we had our turkey dinner, thanksgiving down here. Turkey, mashed potatoes, baked squash, green beans and dressing. I took some pic's. I'll post later. To early right now, :)
Last night I made a variation of sarma, because I only had ground pork. Twas yummy, nonetheless - I garlicked us sickies up!
Tonight's meal is, as of yet, a mystery....
Tonight will be of coarse, turkey soup. I;ve had the carcuss in the slow cooker all night, and I can smell it! I'll probably do a ham and swiss grilled sammie to go with it.
dd1 is getting over her cold, dd2 and myself have it bad so i feel like orange juice and some tylenol for dinner. i'll probably make some soup or grilled cheese.
well I am feeling a little tired so I am going to do rice again, this time with some beef. And a blueberry smoothie!!
