This my sound weird but one of my favourite meals:) Boiled Pork/Beef sausages with gravy made from the juice, Mashed Potatoes and Green Beans. Icecream Drumstick for Sunday treat. Yum Yum...Yum Yum.
Roast beef, mashed potatoes, veggies and stuffing for tonight's supper. I like making a roast because we then have sandwich fixings for the week...I'm trying to buy less ham and processed meats these days.
I have a question about this. Are you suppose to eat the roll too or just the inside? I'm just wondering if the pasta would get really hard and not be ediable or does the stuffing keep most of it moist? It sound delish and I'd love to give it a try with a few twists.
I don't care for football {{{don't strike me dead}}}, so no football here yesterday, We went to another flea market, then home and just ate up some leftovers. Hot turkey sandwhiches with some fresh corn on the cob that I bought at the market, and I also made some potato pancakes with fresh sage and cheese to go along with it.

today's supper is pork chops with left over pasta.
