Yum, I love chicken livers!!
Tonight I made pork souvlaki & tzatziki from scratch with greek pita and a side of salad.
I have leftovers too which makes me extra happy!
Can't wait for pizza tomorrow. My dough is rising as I type this :D

Gosh, all of those meals sound so great!
Friday is no meat day - so I made what my son loves. Two boxes of KD with a can of tuna mixed in, and the sauce garlicked up a bit.

What's for dinner I have no ideas or plans,
I don't feel like bringng out the pots or the pans,
Maybe someone nice will give me an invite,
No cooking hassles for me would be such a delight,
It's just that I'm not in a cooking frame of mind,
Cause for today I have officially resigned,
Maybe I'll send out for pizza, wings or Thai,
Cause as of now Loocie is on cooking stand-by.

Steak, potatoes and green peppers with ranch dressing
I put too much celery salt on my steak, lmao so i'm eating it as I type this. (my mom is out and I didn't want to eat alone , so i took you guys)
This
Quickly became this (I added the pan drippings, and because it's medium rare some blood came out and was invading the privacy of my peppers)
ETA : it's the spices from the pan drippings thats on my potats.Previously CanadianBella... I'm baaack!
