I haven't posted in a while either, my cold kept me from making anything worth posting, my taste buds are still screwed up. Last night thought, I made a fabulous rootbeer glazed ham shank, with garlic and thyme mashed potatoes and balsamic glazed baby carrots and parsnips
Tonight is haddock fillet with asparagus.
I have also been MIA for a few weeks, tonight I am trying a new receipe, stuffed peppers.
It`s just green peppers cut in half and stuffed with hamburg, onions and then shredded cheese on top. We will also have mashed potatoes on the side and pudding pops for dessert (a great pinterest idea)
