I have some bone-in chicken breast so will marinade those and cook them on the bbq..and I have asparagus, mushrooms and a squash to use up so will make up some sides from that mixture! LOL (Asparagus is so good tossed with Zesty Italian dressing and then grill on high for a few+ mins)

My dressing recipe is:
- fresh ground pepper
- a few dashes of tabasco sauce
- 1/4 cup of salad oil (I use canola)
- 1/3 cup mandarin juice
- 2 Tbls vinegar (I use white vinegar)
Mix it up & let it rest for a couple of hours before using.
Now I will be adding other yummy things to the salad to make it more exciting.
