Spaghetti and meat sauce with cheesy garlic bread... Dunno but it seems like that's a popular and frequent choice in our house
I p/u a couple of prime rib roasts when metro had them on sale a couple+ weeks ago, so I think I will spoil myself today and put that in the oven and roast some veggies to go with it and keep it simple..(leftovers for sandwiches!!)
The night before last was a frozen pizza and side salad at DH's request and last night I made lasagna roll ups and topped with my homemade meat sauce :P. Tonight will be fried rice and some kinda protein like eggs or chicken or edamame beans.
Salmon, Rice Pilaf & Spinach Salad...
One of my fave dinners.
Last night was glazed ham with garlic smashed potatoes and some squash with a sprinkle of brown sugar.
Again another great meal for having no plan (I think it is official that whatever my tummy was doing is over and it wants to go back to 3 meals a day) as well really trying to use up some red potatoes that need to be used.
Tonight I am still working on have a few more potatoes that need to be eaten up but also really wanting some garlic bread. Will have to see how I feel when I get off work.
Two evenings ago, we had cod stew with tomatoes, fennel, and zucchini served over basmati rice (pictured below). It was incredibly delicious! Yesterday was a vegetable stir fry with chicken breast. Tonight's chili dinner has been in the slow cooker since early this morning.

Pork chops and?-I guess some type of starch and veggie-whatever strikes me when I cook dinner!
Hot chocolate and a banana
Plain stuff today.. seared pork loin and sidekicks for DD and DF.. DF is bringing me greek spaghetti from my mother's house on his way back from work and I intend to eat all of it ! My fave meal EVER!
Last night's supper was meatballs in a mushroom and vegetable sauce serviced with rice and a glass of milk.
(meatballs that I had cooked and frozen, onion, celery, frozen peas, sliced mushrooms, mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce)
Last night's dinner was a cup of Tetley Warmth Tea So Yummy with a an Apple Danish.
I thought my tummy was over whatever it was going through but apparently not.
Tonight's dinner is up in the air until I decide if my tummy wants to eat or not. We will see how I feel after work. (Sorry I am going to whine here, is it 4 yet so I can go home, it is going to be a long day came in early to catch up and our computers are not working, yeah!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is going to be fun).
Still no kitchen put together here, so it was takeout last night, but at least from a restaurant, not fast food! I had chicken, home fries, Caesar salad.
Hoping we can get some work done this long weekend so I can be cooking properly next week!
I have lots of yummy leftovers from my roast, so thankfully no cooking today!!!
Tonight is date night and I have requested my fav, Chicken Tet! He makes it the best! Yum! And will save the leftovers for my work lunch on Monday :)
I'm so spoiled . I asked my mom for spring rolls with peanut sauce and she made them for me
I'm so going to be eating this for 3 days!
Chips and dill pickle dip
I made 18 litres of creamy butternut squash soup yesterday (we freeze it for future meals) so that was on the menu tonight. I added fried crimini mushrooms and potatoes to give it texture. Ran out of curry but added extra cayenne to give it a great kick.

My mom bought some cheese and waxed it a few months ago.... now it is very strong and perfect for cheese sauces... so I am going to make some chili con caso with it. MMM garlic and onions and home made pickled peppers in a cheese sauce... bring on the multigrain tostido chips! (the multigrain makes this healthy right? LOL
I've never actually eaten sushi, but would like to try it. My DS and I love fish, and I'm not at all freaked out by uncooked fish. My only concern is freshness, that uncooked fish could make you pretty ill if it wasn't extremely fresh.
My baked potatoes, I made these tonight:

They were pretty good, I'm wondering if my DH would notice the Greek yogurt in them. Unfortunately one of the potatoes blew up in the oven while it was baking, before it got mixed with the yogurt and such. That rarely happens, and I never know why, I always poke holes in them!
