Chicken Breast baked with cream of chicken sauce and potatoes - I need to stop eating potatoes!
Today I am making lazy man's cabbage rolls with some garlic toast and a leafy salad on the side yum.
My FIL dropped off some homemade chicken noodle soup that my MIL the most amzing cook ever made(she made our wedding cake and homemade flowers to top it off:eek:). I'm not sure if I was suposed to have any or if it was for DH cause he had a set back in his recovery. Oh well. It was super yummy:tongue:.
Tonight will be rice with a currey chicken sauce:top:

lol... well you would have to taste my cooking before you could ask me if I've gone to culinary school. :rolleyes: But so far I've had no complaints from people. As far as school, nope I've never taken a class. I guess I'm self-taught because I always liked to eat something good.Quote:

hubby is having bake potatoes, roast beef and veggy. I'm going out to help decorate a store for the christmas season, the owner is buying us dinner for decorating.
Kind of a late start to dinner tonight so I am quickly making sloppy joes considering it's been forever since we had it last with leftover salad.
baked chicken drumsticks(shake&bake style, my own secret recipe) garlic rice and corn :-)

vegetarian shepard's pie YUMMmmMm...
Phyllo spinach pie (fussy to make, so I don't make it often, and it gets eaten so quickly! But it's amazing!). It's got rice, onions, spinach, tomato sauce, and cheeses, enrobed in buttery phyllo goodness.
