    Wow, it's only us eating, lol!

    Son got to choose takeout tonight - Family Pizza - pepperoni, lean beef, bacon. First time for me having just meat on a pizza - but their pizzas are amazing, so we'll see!

    tonight was beef and broccoli, red and green peppers, onions and teryaki sauce over rice. made egg rolls too. pretty good!

    Tonight will be bacon and mushroom fried rice with sauteed shredded brussles sprouts. I made peanut butter marshmallow bars and apple hand pies with a cheddar cheese pastry this afternoon...so there's a few options for dessert

    Drat! I missed being able to go to Patty's house!

    We had boneless pork ribs from our local butcher (frozen, breaded, seasoned) - they were most awesome! Along with, had big tubed pasta and coleslaw.

    chicken scampi - lazy style.
    Chicken breast cut up and sauteed add in lemon juice and garlic sautee , and a can of mushroom soup and mix and heat. Super easy. Kids love it - husband not so much. lol. Serve over pasta.

    Last night I just heated roasted chicken breast in it - not as good but still tasty enough for a quick supper.
